The corruption is the social phenomenon which arises up through the aggregate of friendly to this an-legal activity factors, in particular low level of legal culture of population, from the desire of benefit and presence of plenary powers for this achievement. A modern anticorruption legislation consists of plenty of law acts. Corruption offence is acknowledge an intentional act which contains the signs of corruption, perfect the subject of responsibility for corruption offences, for which a law is set criminal, administrative, civil and disciplinary liability.
