Essay

The dissertation is a scientific investigation of administrative and legal regulation of population policy in Ukraine. There are series of theoretical and practical recommendations based on complex research of administrative and legal regulation of population policy in Ukraine. In accordance with the set goal, the author's definitions of "the demographic policy of the State" and "administrative and legal regulation of demographic policy" is given. Foreign experience of implementing population policies has been analyzed and preconditions with priorities for its application in Ukraine has been formulated.
