Solyarchuk Y. Land management of industrialized urban area (on the example of Lviv region)

The thesis is dedicated to theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations concerning improvement of land management of industrialized urban area system in market economy, which will make it possible to increase the effectiveness of its usage. This is extremely important task which is related with social, economical and ecological issues. The theoretical bases of mathematical models of empirical data on the basis of fuzzy sets application for land management in city building of the definite qualitative attributes and design requirements and adequately prediction of basic economic and technological indicators behavior, which will be favorable for effective land usage and protection, are presented in the work. The methodological, scientific and practical approaches are used for optimization of planning investment project with using basic matrix of fuzzy modeling, allowing to improve the quality and reliability of results when making managerial decisions concerning rational land usage. Determination of logistics of industrial and urban areas as consolidated system which units, organizes, directs, optimizes, controls and coordinates all business processes taking place in it has been improved in order to reach maximal effectiveness and achievement of the set goals. Methodical basis of vectorial optimization of industrial objects placement for the definition of qualitative attributes and design requirements with the fuzzy sets has been improved.
