Shovkoplyas A. The regulation of economic relations in the financing of housing construction.

The dissertation is devoted to research on economic and legal support of real estate through real estate fund operations and a fund for building financing. The features of the legal status of legal entities in the system and funding mechanism of housing construction and content of relationships between them are analysed, the legal regime of investment objects in this mechanism is investigated. The matter of main directions, methods and economic and legal means providing the protection of the investors' rights in the market of real estate construction is studied apart. The special attention is paid to both problems of regulatory activities and cooperation of the National Bank of Ukraine, State Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine, State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services of Ukraine, State architectonically-build inspection and State Committee of Ukraine for Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy, and the problem of systematization and improvement of national legislation in the sphere of state bodies activities, including the aspect of its approaching to relevant provisions of the European Union law. The general improvement conception of the legal regulation essence and specific of the financing mechanism of housing building is proposed on the basis of conducted and analysis of the legislation in force.
