Essay

The expediency of strategic partnership of machine-building enterprises has been grounded. The existing objective and theoretical preconditions of strategic partnership have been revealed. The definition of the "strategic partnership of machine-building en-terprises" has been specified. The role of communicative complex of machine-building enterprises in strategic partnership relations has been defined. The distinctions of organ-izational-managerial activity of machine-building enterprises by different types of relations between them have been analyzed. The content of the organizational-managerial activity of an enterprise concerning the relations of strategic partnership has been speci-fied. The dynamics of transaction costs and costs relative to control of machine-building enterprises have been analyzed. The criterion of transactionness has been introduced. The typical set of operations concerning the decreasing of transactionness has been deter-mined. The incentives of organizational-managerial activity of machine-building enterprises on the base of strategic partnership relations have been defined. The intercon-nection of organizational advantages of an enterprise in the matrix of basic types of strategic partnership has been determined. The problem of personnel resistance to organ-izational changes of strategic partnership of machine-building enterprises has been defined. The set of organizational operations relative to overcoming the personnel resis-tance to organizational changes of strategic partnership of enterprises has been enhanced. The standard instructions and regulations concerning the overcoming of the personnel re-sistance to organizational changes of strategic partnership have been developed. The developed recommendations concerning the estimation of transactionness of an enterprise and overcoming of personnel resistance to organizational changes of strategic partnership have been used.
