Butenko L. Formation and realization of the diversification strategy of an enterprise activity (by the materials of the oil-fat industry enterprises in Ukraine)

The processes of maintenance of long-term effective functioning of the enterprises in conditions of competitive and changeable market environment. A scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of the practical recommendations for formation and realization of an enterprise activity diversification strategy. General scientific and special methods: supervision, comparison, systematization, classification and typology - for specification and ordering of the conceptual device on the chosen direction of research; abstraction, analogy, analysis, synthesis and system approach - for the further development of theoretical and methodological foundations of formation and realization of the diversification strategy; the statistical analysis, grouping and generalization of the data - during exemining of the characteristics of the oil-fat industry, markets, separate enterprises and diversification processes; expert, correlation and regression analysis, matrix, formalization, modeling etc. - for determination of the influence of the diversification processes on results of the oil-fat industry enterprises activity, an estimation of priority of production diversification strategy variants and definition of effect from its realization. The methodical approach to an estimation of priority of production diversification strategy variants is developed. The technique of express-diagnostics of the enterprise financial and economic condition on the basis of use of the fuzzy-multiple analysis and the calculation tools of the cumulative effect (as the synergetic) from the realization of production diversification strategy are advanced. The conceptual device of the diversification theory by means of specification of essence of categories "diversification of activity" and "diversification strategy", classification of diversification activity variants by determination of the partial displacement (crossing) between attributes of classification, methodical approach and algorithm of acceptance of the decision for formation and realization of an enterprise activity diversification strategy have received the further development. The recommendations as to formation and realization of an enterprise activity diversification strategy are implemented in practice of the functioning of the domestic fat and oil enterprises and the educational process.
