Dissertation is devoted to the research of administrative and legal regulation of out-of-school education field in Ukraine. Under the research of theoretical principles of the out-of-school education in Ukraine here were distinguished the signs, features, inhered in the out-of-school education in Ukraine, were produced the classification and principles of the out-of-school education. Here has been defined that the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation in the field of out-of-school education belongs to the group of mechanisms for regulation of the out-of-school education. Its components are: 1) system of legal acts; 2) organizational and structural formations; and 3) organizational and legal means.
