Linyov K. Comparative estimation of methods of liver abscesses surgical treatment.

The dissertation work contains theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific task of treatment improvement for patients suffering from liver abscesses and combines application of non-invasive technologies with open surgical treatment of this pathology. The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of homoeostatic indexes, septic intoxication depending on a causal factor, size, amount of liver abscesses, selected method of treatment. The algorithm of liver abscesses treatment is formed with application of non-invasive methods of puncture, drainage of abscess cavity, biliary decompression, intraportal infusion photochemically Valkion-activated solution. The material of dissertation work is made by the results of the clinical investigation of 120 patients with the bacterial liver abscesses. It is confirmed, the application of non-invasive methods resulted in accelerated regress of endogenous intoxication, diminution of the amount of complications and duration of hospitalization. It is proven, that intraportal infusion of photochemically activated physiological solution diminished substantially the indexes of intoxication and improved the results of the multiple liver abscesses treatment. The modern non-invasive methods prevail in the treatment of hepatic abscesses. The indications for traditional surgical treatment of this pathology are proposed in cases, when non-invasive methods were non-effective.
