Essay

It has been found out that among the agrotechnical methods of care for seed plants the most effective is a combination of continuous harrowing applied four times with one intercropping loosening. Applying postemergence herbicides is proved to be the most reasonable method for cultivation of sugar beet seeds in tank mixture with twice-repeated applying. Using the complex of research results in state enterprises of research farms of the Institute of Sugar Beets NAAS of Ukraine contributes to the reduction of crop weed infestation by 75,3-93,2%, yield increase of seed plants by 6,1-11,9 centners per hectare, its similarity - by 5-6%.
