The thesis is a comprehensive study of administrative and legal framework to prevent and combat white-collar crimes in Ukraine at the present stage of development of Ukrainian society. The existing international ideas, viewpoints, scientific attitudes and administrative legislation on preventing and combating corruption are discussed and analyzed in this artiele Further development of the category of preventing and combating corruption as the object of administrative and legal regulation in the context of the actions of individuals, the police administration of Ukraine on prevention, prevention of corruption or targeting efforts against any corruption initiated by means of administrative law.
