Object of research: processes of creation of intellectual property, portfolio of intellectual property and her economic realization constructions. Purpose of research: theoretical ground of essence, forms of economic realization and commercialization of intellectual property. Methods of research: logical and historical methods; structural analysis and synthesis; method of analysis of the systems; statistical and comparative methods. Results: determination of intellectual property and analysis of experience of her effective use are generalized in a market economy; intercommunication of economic and legal maintenance of intellectual property is investigational; conception of determination of intellectual property is worked out from positions of neoinstitutional approach; determination of intellectual capital as a factor of production; principles of commercialization of intellectual property are worked out; the stages of commercialization of brief-case of intellectual property are distinguished; the factors of forming of price are certain and analyses on the objects of intellectual property; the methods of forming of price are certain on the objects of intellectual property; going is worked out near forming of price on the brief-cases of intellectual property. Novelty: First worked out: conception of genesis, structure and functioning of intellectual property. Improved: economic mechanism of commercialization; classification of basic factors of pricing at the market of intellectual property. Got further development: mechanisms of estimation of objects of intellectual property; methods of realization of economic mechanism of commercialization of intellectual property.
