Object of research: processes of economic realization of intellectual property in an institutional environment. Purpose of research: system research of essence and forms of economic realization (commercializations) of intellectual property on the basis of institutional support of advancement of her to the market and estimations of both the separately taken objects and brief-cases of objects of intellectual property. Methods of research: method of scientific abstraction; historical method; method of analysis and synthesis; method of induction and deduction. Results: determination descriptions of intellectual capital as an object of economic relations, determination of his role in a productive process; establishment of unity of economic and legal maintenance of intellectual property; development of conception of intellectual capital as a productive factor and improvement of classification of factors of production; ground of principles of economic realization of intellectual property as systems of activity, including all basic stages of commercialization and condition of their passing in the Ukrainian economy; determination of terms of институализации of intellectual property and management features by her; determination of features of market of intellectual property as a specific market of factors of production and features of pricing at the market of intellectual property; development of mechanism of forming of price on objects and brief-cases of intellectual property in the context of general strategy of activity of firm-producer. Novelty: First worked out: conception of forming of intellectual property on a microlevel as essence description of intellectual capital on the basis of the real directions of her economic realization with determination of principles of estimation of her objects. Improved: position, that an intellectual capital acquires a cost only in the process of his use and this cost substantially depends on strategy of economic subject; classification of basic principles and economic implementation of intellectual property phases as systems of activity in form commercialization, sent to creation of intellectual capital. Got further development: methodological going near determination of intellectual property from microeconomic position and her integral presentation as a property brief-case; concept vehicle, methodological approaches and suggestions as evaluated by the objects of intellectual property.
