Essay

The basic aim of this work was synthesis of new highly effective and slightly toxical compounds with potential antimicrobial, diuretic, analeptic, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic activity among S-derivatives of 4-(-2-methoxyphenyl)-5-methyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones and 4-(2-methoxy-phenyl)-5-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiones, establishment of regularities between chemical structure of synthesized compounds and biological activity, and also selection and recommendation of compound with the highest biological activity for preclinical trial.
