The advanced study is devoted the decline of frequency of anomalies of childbirth and perinatal pathology for the women of groups of high risk by development and introduction of the differentiated going near predelivery preparation and induction of childbirth on the basis of study of clinico-functional, endocrinology and microbiological methods, and also improvement of complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Set and studied basic factors of development of аnomalies of childbirth by the estimation of features of clinical flow of pregnancy and births for the women of groups of high risk on development of аnomalies of childbirth. The functional state of fetoplacental complex, features of hormonal status, indexes of биоценоза of sexual ways for the women of groups of high risk, is studied. The necessity of development of algorithm of predelivery preparation and induction of childbirth is scientifically grounded for the women inspected at this contingent. Prognosticheskaya meaningfulness of functional, is certain, endocrinology and clinical methods of research at prognostication of perinatal pathology for the women of groups of high risk on development of аnomalies of childbirth. The algorithm of predelivery preparation and induction of childbirth is developed for the inspected women.
