Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency early gestosise complications of pregnancy at women with a chronic pathology of a liver and biliary ways on the basis of studying clinical-laboratory and ephografical features, and also improvement of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Influence of various variants chronic is studied and shown a pathology of a liver and biliary ways on development and a current early gestosise and pregnancy complications. The interrelation between clinical is established, biochemical and ephografical features at pregnant women with a chronic pathology of a liver and biliary ways that has allowed to expand data about patogenesise of early gestosise, and also scientifically to prove necessity of improvement of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role biochemical and ephografical changes is shown at an estimation of efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The structure of chronic diseases of a liver and biliary ways at women of reproductive age is presented. The technique of preventive maintenance and treatment early gestosise at pregnant women with a chronic pathology of a liver and biliary ways on the basis of use of the directed medicamentous therapy is improved.
