Draganova S. Correction of climacteric infringements at women with neurocyrculatore dystonia.

Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency and degree of expressiveness of climacteric infringements at women with neurocyrculatore dystonia on the basis of studying of the cores endocrinological psiho-emothional changes, a functional condition of vegetative nervous system, and also improvement and introduction of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role neurocyrculatore dystonias in development terms, frequency and severity level of a climacteric syndrome is studied. Clinical-psychological features, and also changes endocrinological status and microbiocenose of sexual ways at women with climacteric infringements without and against neurocyrculatore dystonias are defined. It is shown a role of changes of a functional condition of vegetative nervous system in genez developments of climacteric infringements in patients of this group. The interrelation between clinical, endocrinological, functional, psychological and vegetative infringements at women with climacteric infringements without and against neurocyrculatore dystonias is established. It has allowed to expand available data about patogenesise of climacteric syndrome, and also scientifically to prove necessity of improvement of a technique of correction endocrinological and vegetative infringements. Practical recommendations about decrease in frequency and degree weights of climacteric infringements at women without and against neurocyrculatore dystonias on the basis of additional use of energizers and antigomotoxical therapies are developed and introduced.
