Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease recediving cystes and good-quality tumours of ovaries, and also calculesise cholecystitis after complex laparoscopical treatments on the basis of working out and introduction of a complex of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. Features genesise of cystes and good-quality tumours of ovaries in a combination with calculesise cholecystitis are studied. The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, endocrinological and immunological changes at patients of the given group before and after laparoscopical treatments is established. It has allowed to expand available data about patogenesise infringements of reproductive health of women, and also scientifically to prove necessity of working out of new algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. Practical recommendations about frequency decrease recediving of cystes and good-quality tumours of ovaries, and also biliarry-stones illnesses on the basis of additional use antigomotoxical and metabolic therapy are developed and introduced.
