Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency perinatal complications at urogenital to an infection in a married couple on the basis of studying features microbiological, immunological and endocrinological status, and also optimization of methods of diagnostics and treatment. The estimation of influence urogenital is given to an infection of both spouses on formation of complications gestational process and development perinatal pathology. The method of the differentiated sanitation of spouses during the various periods of pregnancy with the subsequent rehabilitation biocenosese a gastroenteric path and urogenital bodies is developed at use eubiotics for removal of collateral action of antibiotics and restoration of normal microflora of a gastroenteric path and sexual ways.
