Essay

The object of study is the process of contact interaction and stress-strain state of stamp equipment elements at blanking-punching. Goal of the work is to improve the methods and models for the computation of stamp equipment on the basis of determination of stress-strain state taking into account contact interaction and development of methodology of stamp elements rational parameters determination. Research methods: methods of theory of plastic metals working, theory of elasticity, theory of variation inequalities, finite elements method. Theoretical and practical results: models for determination of stamp elements stress-strain state are created and described. They enable to ground rational parameters for the the earliest possible terms. Scientific novelty: improvement of methods and models for the computation of structural and technological parameters of dividing stamps on the basis of stress-strain state analysis taking into account the contact interaction with sheet material. Industrial implementation: results are implemented in "Azovmash" company (Mariupol), "Melitopol machine-tool plant named by 23 October" (Melitopol) and oth. Application area: stamp equipment elements design.
