Essay

In the experiments on the male white rats we have studied the mechanisms of the therapeutic action of stem cells of embryofetal origin at colono-genic peritonitis. It has been established that that the transplantation of the embryonal progenitor cells promotes renal function and hemostasis normalization due to the endogenous mechanism of blood coagulation and fibrino-genesis, state of enzymatic and non-enzymatic fibrinolysis in the tissues of brain, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys. The obtained results may be used as ex-perimental substantiation of the possible clinical investigations for the use of embryonal stem cells for the treatment of cologenic peritonitis.
