The dissertation is a theoretical grounding key role of the liver in development MOF in septic patients, identify additional risk factors for liver dysfunction and specific markers of functional status and the development and introduction into clinical practice of new therapeutic measures that ensure reduction of mortality and improving quality of life of patients. Identified additional risk factors for liver dysfunction that characterize the state of system peripheral tissue oxygenation, markers of metabolic stress and prognostic markers. The effect of perftoran, reamberine especially their combined use in septic patients without liver disease to an early-eliminated microcirculatory mitochondrial distress syndrome, improve liver function, regression of other organ dysfunction with significantly lower risk of adverse events, improvement of cognitive function and quality of life for patients, lower mortality respectively 8.57%, 3.57% and 12.77%. Additional administration of ademetionin for septic patients with liver disease compared with the control group reduced the frequency nearly twice as cognitive dysfunction, persistent organ, including and hepatic dysfunction, failure, poor quality of life scale below RLAS VIII levels, reduce mortality to 33,3%.
