Investigation object: recombinant proteins of Mycobacterium МРТ63, МРТ83 and МРТ63-МРТ83. The aim of study: Development of new immunological diagnostic tests for bovine tuberculosis based on usage of recombinant proteins of Mycobacterium. Methods: molecular-biological, immunochemical. Recombinant proteins of Mycobacterium МРТ63, МРТ83 and МРТ63-МРТ83 were obtained, using E.coli expression system. Diagnostic tests based on immunochromatography and ELISA with МРТ63, МРТ83 and МРТ63-МРТ83 as antigens were developed. Field of application: biomedical institutions.
