Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the study of the liver state on the background of isolated and combined influence of sodium and potassium ions in water-salt solution of sub-toxic concentrations. It is proven, that the use of water-salt solution during the period of 30 days and nights with ions of sodium 100,0 mg/dm3 and potassium 10,0 mg/dm3, both separately and in combination, cause disorder of albumen and carbohydrate exchanges. It is proven by development of hypoproteinemia, hyperglycemia and decreasing content of glycogen in hepatocytes. On such conditions the content of middle mass molecules in the blood increases, especially of those, that are determined at waves' length of 280 nm, the erythrocyte index of intoxication increases. The increase of metabolites of lipids' peroxide oxidation in the blood testifies on such conditions to membrane destroying processes despite the increase of activity of catalyze and peroxidases, reduction of content of ceruloplasmin, disorders of structural and ultra-structural organization of the liver. The water-salt solution with combination of ions of sodium and potassium in concentration of 100,0 mg/dm3 and 10,0 mg/dm3 correspondingly causes the most intensive negative influence on the liver.
