Essay

Object: processes, approaches and trends of formation of motivational mechanism of personnel management of trading enterprises (ТЕ). Purpose: To deepen theoretical and methodological principles of research motivational processes on the example of ТЕ, scientific justification perspective motivation of personnel management and develop practical recommendations aimed at improving the motivation of work in ТЕ. Methods: dialectic, retrospective sociohistorical, classification and generalization, lexical-semantic, terminological and logical analysis, correlation and regression and graphical, heuristic and techniques of expert information processing, information modeling. It is offered: developed the concept of culture as a motivational component of motivation of personnel management of ТЕ, namely defined culture as the essence of motivation: the prevailing historical factors of the matrix material and immaterial the order for the purpose of managing activities for use polimotivation approaches to personnel management of commercial enterprises, integral characteristics of the organization ( its values, rules, codes of conduct, methods of assessing performance, management styles and motivational tools), filed by a number of models and methods of motivation. Scope of usage: trading enterprises.
