The author presents the research of administrative and legal framework of lawyers by the police. On the basis of competence of the police legal activity suggested characterized the historical sources of the formation of the lawyers and the police; make a systematic analysis of the legal nature of the militia and its outline of the subjects, analyze the state of scientific development and to identify existing problems of the lawyers for the police to their specific and research; formulate and refine the concept, aims and principles of organization and functioning of lawyers by the police and investigate the possibility of their effective use to ensure proper implementation of tasks police.
