Analyzes some methodological problems of the tax legislation in the settlement of tax disputes; formulates the concept of tax disputes resolution mechanism, from a methodological point of view, marks individual stages in resolving tax disputes. In the form of the problem statement the author suggests to develop separate methods for resolving certain categories of tax disputes.
