Experimental material for use in diets for layer hens and breeding repair young hens crushed grain amaranth in the number of 15-35% of the nutritionally are presented in this thesis. The effect of crushed grain amaranth on morphological metric parameters hatching egg yolk content in egg hatching their common lipid fatty acid composition and distribution of classes, vitamin A, carotenoids and glycogen had been studied. The influence of grain amaranth in digestibility of nutrients and nitrogen balance, activity of hydrolytic enzymes of intestinal mucosa (protease, amylase, lipase, alkaline and acid phosphatase) had been studied. The effectiveness of feeding grain amaranth repair young chicken-layers had been learned. Found that the addition of crushed grain amaranth increases egg production on 4,28-7,28%, improving the quality of hatching eggs due to higher content of dry matter, glycogen, vitamin A and total lipids in yolk, which helped to improve hatch of chickens at 4, 99%. Application of amaranth grain in diets for repair young hens contributed to better development of reproductive organs, including ovarian masses, lengths of oviduct and improve development of secondary sexual characteristics (height of comb, the number of lane-jumping wings).
