Theoretical and experimental material on the usage of mustard, pumpkin, rapeseed and linseed oil cakes instead of sunflower meal, usage of mustard oil and enzyme preparations Ollzaym SSF and Maceraza in mixed fodders for laying hens is stated in the thesis. Investigation of the chemical composition and nutritious value of different kinds of oil cakes and meals produced from domestic varieties of these crops obtained under modernized technology that enables to minimize the content of anti-nutritious and toxic substances that makes these fodders safe for animals is carried out. Digestibility of the organic substance and its components, availability of amino acids, energy balance, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorous are studied. The dynamics of live mass, poultry conservation, its egg productivity and egg quality with the study of its gustatory and aromatic characteristics are investigated. To substantiate the result of researches morphological and biochemical assessment of some blood indices is carried out, control poultry slaughter and meat and broth degustation is conducted. Zootechnical and economic substantiation of the research results is carried out. According to them it is recommended to include into composition of mixed fodders for laying hens 4% by the mass mustard, rapeseed and linseed oil cakes or 6% pumpkin oil cake separately or together with enzyme preparations Ollzaym SSF and Maceraza.
