Object - ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes; the purpose - to define interrelation between infringements in system of a hemostasis and a functional condition of endothelium in dynamics of development ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, methods - hematological, coagulative, immunoassay, mathematical; results and functional conditions of endothelium, namely, factors of growth of vessels, complex research of dynamics of parameters of system of a hemostasis is leads to the sharpest period of an insult; it is established, at an ischemic insult amplification coagulated potential of blood which is characterized by increase in the maintenance fibringen and soluble fibrin - monomer of the complexes, as much as possible expressed for 5-th day of disease and decreases up to the end of the sharp period; it is established significant increase of parameters angiogenic functions of endothelium (FGFb that VEGF) on fifth day of an ischemic insult; It is proved that from fifth day of an ischemic insult and at the end of the sharp period of an hemorrhagic insult the feedback between quantity of quantity of thrombocyte and the maintenance of the factor of growth in blood disappears; it is established that by attributes more heavy courses and the adverse forecast there is a sharp decrease quantity of thrombocytes, increase in the maintenance soluble fibrin -monomer of complexes, increase in time of curtailing of blood and decrease in activity of anticoagulants, especially, systems of a protein with in the sharpest period ischemic and геморагического an insult.
