Myshkovsky Y. Surgical tactics by reason of acute bleeding duodenal ulcer of patients over 60 years old

Object - local mechanisms of the development and course of acute duodenal bleeding of patients over 60 years old, methods of diagnosis and treatment; goal - effective improvement of surgical treatment of acute bleeding duodenal ulcer of patients over 60 years old by the development of rational surgical tactics and new methods of surgical interventions; methods - general clinical, biochemical, histological, immunoenzymical, pathomorphological, radiological, instrumental, statistic-analytical; results - dynamics of local fibrinolysis and proteolysis activity indices, nitric oxide and vascular endothelial growth factor given by acute duodenal bleeding, depending on types of ulcer ("chronic", "senile") is examined with patients over 60 years old, methods of local gemostasis of acute bleeding duodenal ulcer are developed experimentally, high hemostatic qualities, the effectiveness of grounded treatment is tested clinically and evaluated according to endoscopic stigma of bleeding and types of ulcer, algorithm of treatment tactics of acute bleeding duodenal ulcer is suggested depending on types of ulcer, being used, the new surgical tactics is resulted by fall of postoperational lethality and complications.
