Plugar E. Service processes' control organization on the enterprises of tourist and recreation complex

The essence of control in the sphere of enterprises operation, the main points of the process-oriented operation and the peculiarities of control on the enterprises of tourist and recreation complex are in the centre of research. The analysis of the state of enterprises' control in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is made according to the results of their activity effectiveness by means of informational background enhancement with the involvement of the results of external control. The organizational form of control on the enterprises of tourist and recreation complex, which is personnel self-control, is traced here. Its organizational instruments, such as models of self-control, tests on the maintenance staff actions control, imitating model on the maintenance staff size control and motivational mechanism of control, are developed. Special attention is paid to the modular approach to the construction of information technologies of the service processes' control.
