Bakay B. Substantiation of parameters of a lifting-transport machine and condition of its functioning on log yard with small turnover.

The object of research is is a process of moving of round commercial timbers a подйомно-транспортной machine with a manipulator on lumber-yards. The purpose of work consists in development of a lifting-transport machine with a manipulator by the ground of its parameters and modes of functioning and rational technological and designer arrangement for the increase of efficiency of moving of commercial timbers. Research methods: theory of the productivity, analysis of the systems, optimization, simulation modelling, planning of experiments, tensometry. Novelty: classification of log-sort yards is developed; the method of prognostication of effort of pressure of commercial timbers the log grapple of manipulator is first developed; the method of evaluation of volume of executable works of a lifting-transport machine is first developed; on the basis of the developed simulation model conformities to the law of change the productivity of the offered machine are first set. Results: conformity to the law of influence of basic parameters and modes of functioning of a lifting-transport machine is set with a manipulator on efficiency of its work; proved construction of machine and rational schemes of its work. The level of implementation: the scientific results got in dissertation work are taken to the level of theoretical and practical recommendations which are utillized during development of requirement specification on designing of a lifting-transport machine and on a production in the process of designing and choice of radial grapple. Area of use: log-sort yard operations, machine industry, and also in scientific researches and educational process.
