Mamedova S. Study of biological active substances of raspberry and strawberry

For the first time а systematic phytochemical studies of leaves, stems and rhizome of raspberry, herbs and rhizome of strawberry has been performed. 22 substances were have been extracted from raspberry and strawberry, their structure had been studied : 2 derivatives of benzoic acid, 4 hydroxycinnamic acid, 2 coumarins, 2 triterpenoids, 1 steroid, 2 chlorophyll, 9 flavonoids. The composition of carbohydrates, phenolic compounds, tocopherols and fat acids, 17 amino acids, 19 micro- and macrominerals had been identified. Projects have been developed for quality control methods in the "Leaf of raspberry "," Stem of raspberry "," Leaf of strawberry"," Rhizome with the roots of strawberry", "Dry extract of raspberry leaf", "Dry extract of strawberry leaf". Hemostatic and antipyretic activities of dry extract of raspberry leaf, anti-inflammatory and diuretic activity of the extract of strawberry leaf had been established. For complexes VRPS and PV antinflammatory activity was identified. According to the classification presented by Sidorov all extracts are non-toxic.
