Savchenko L. Experimental research of the correspondence of the quality of the extemporal dosage powders to the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine.

Simple and compose extemporal powders were select with the purpose of establishment of parameters of the quality and their accordance to the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine. The accordance to the requirements of the SPU (to the article 2.9.5 and 2.9.40) for these powders was tested. The factors which carry out considerable influence on quality of extemporal simple and compose powders were set and established in the process of research. Optimal methods for the quantitative determination of active ingredients of the tested powders were select during a research. The validation of quantitative determination methods of dimedrolum, acid aminocaproic and hexamethylentetraminum in the tested powders was done. The possibility of their use in the conditions of pharmacies and the quality control laboratories of medicines for the analysis of uniformity of dosage units. The conducted researches prove accordance of simple and compose extemporal powders to the requirements of the article 2.9.5 and 2.9.40 of the SPU.
