In the dissertation the essential characteristics of intellectualization of labour as a factor, processhas and result of production has been determined. The parameters of quantitative measuring of intellectualization of labour and the shapes of its manifestation have been systematized and supplemented. The influence of intellectualization of labour on the innovative development has been grounded. The comparison of level of intellectualization of labour of the post-socialist countries has been made. The condition and the dynamics of intellectualization of labour of the native economy have been analyzed. The level of financial, personnel and institutional support of intellectualization of labour in Ukraine have been established. The events of deepening of intellectualization of labour in the native economy have been developed. The ways of realization of innovative strategy of Ukraine have been offered. The conditions of deepening of intellectualization of labour in the national economy have been destined.
