Chuba O. Future teachers' awareness of the professional choice as a factor of personal self-realization.

The paper is devoted to the problem of awareness of the professional choice essence as a stimulating factor of students' professional consciousness and culture in general and as a vital precondition of the professional self-realization. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the issue it is stated that professional choice is the nucleus of the system of all possible self identifications of the personality as the subject of the activity. It is also noted that professional choice is set in a form of the profession which is being acquired in an educational establishment; that the peculiarities of the professional choice in some problematic situations are connected with the corresponding types or psychological mechanisms of self identification. According to the results of the research the valuе сontrol of the professional choice motivation is identified. The latter is proved due to the motivational contents data of the professional choice and due to taking vitally important decisions in general. The specific nature of value factors of inner and outer motivation of the would-be teachers' professional choice has been stated. Criteria of professional choice adequateness have been pointed out.
