Object: physiological and biochemical processes that occur in plants grown in greenhouses and the relationship between biotic, abiotic factors and realisation of level of the biological potential of new F1 cucumber hybrids. Novelty: Scientific solution for optimizing the elements of growing new F1 cucumber hybrid of native and Russian selection in greenhouses under the conditions of IV light zone of Ukraine is developed. Methods: visual, measuring-weighting, chemical, mathematical-statistic, calculation. Scientific novelty of research results: Biological characteristics of plants of the new assortment of cucumber have been studied, effective methods of treatment and the optimal concentration of the new complex microfertilizer "Mickоm" for soaking seeds, spraying seedlings and vegetative plants are defined, efficiency of biological protection of plants from root rot of F1 hybrids cultivation in winter-spring period is grounded.The biological features of plants of new cucumber assortment have been first investigated, effective methods of treatment and optimum concentrations of new complex micro fertilizer Mikom for the soakage of seed, seedling and vegetating plants sprinkling are determined, the efficiency of application of biological defence of plants against illnesses for cucumber hybrids F1growing in winter-spring season. It is set that for protecting of plants from root mould most effective is the triple application of mixture of suspensions of Tryhodermin and Humisol. Complex application of biologic treatment and regulator of growth influences positively on growth and development of plants, improves diminishing of distribution of root mould and declines the intensity of their development. It provides the maintenance of the harvest and improves quality of garden-fruits.
