The thesis is devoted to the clearance of the influence in vitro of bacterial endotoxins on functional, metabolic and cytological status in human blood neutrophils and monocytes, and to the developing of the method of their correction with dalargine application. It is shown that bacterial endotoxins at their contact in vitro with neutrophils and monocytes inhibit their phagocytosis, stimulate secretion of mediators, activate lipid peroxidation processes, decrease the activity of antioxidant enzymes, modulate the balance between intracellular cyclic nucleotides and also intensify apoptosis. It is shown that preliminary treatment with dalargine of neutrophils and monocytes that in future have the contact with endotoxins significantly decreases apoptogenic, immunosuppressive and dismetabolic action of endotoxins.
