Essay

The thesis is devoted to the clearance of the actual task of the modern biology and medicine - to the elaboration of staphylococcal toxin inactivation method by means of study of functional activity, metabolic status and apoptosis of human peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils in vitro. The toxic potential of toxin in dilutions of (-8)lg, (-4)lg and (-2)lg is studied for the first time on the background of study of toxin influence on phagocytosis, secretion, metabolic status and apoptosis of monocytes and neutrophils. For the first time the efficacy of staphylococcal toxin in dilution of (-2)lg inactivation by solutions of 5 % acetic acid, 3 % hydrogen peroxide and their mixture is studied.
