Voroniuk I. The interpretation of the national liberation idea by Ukrainian writers of the first emigration wave

The object - journilistic essays and fiction of the writers of the first emmigration wave. The aim - to define historiosophical content of the national liberation idea in the writers-visnykivtsis' works as well as to reveal the methods of its artistic realization. The scientific topicality is made manifest through studying the national liberation idea as a conception, accentuating the sense engendering potential of the poem as a genre. It's proved that in contemporary humanities nation, national idea are analysed as important cultural objects that are the product and the subjectmatter of discourse practices. The interpretation of the national idea in the world and Ukrainian context is considered, the origins of the visnykivtsis' interest in the national questions are traced, their conceptions of the national liberation idea are interpreted, the peculiarities of its artistic realization are studied.
