The dissertation deals with the complex scientific research of the foreign and domestic experience of administrative-legal insurance of migrants’ rights. The theoretical and methodological approaches to the research of the concepts and essential features of the category «migrant» are examined. The demographic and economic factors as objective backgrounds of migratory processes are studied. The problems of migrants in globalized society are analyzed.
