Essay

The experimental study of toxic effects that cause the antineoplastic medicines of cyclophosphanum, of tamoxifen,of 5-fluorouracil and of estrasin wiht the condition of different ways and terms of administration to the organism of animals taking into account the indexes of general toxicity, prooxidant and antioxidant state, of non-specific immune respond and of the indexes ofmetabolic toxicity. It has been revealed that the most sensitive characteristics of the studied agents are the level of medium molecular peptides. It was substantiated the hygienic of cyclophosphanum and of tamoxifen in occupational air.
