Batozhska О. Contract on Vehicles' Preservation

This thesis is the first complex research which is devoted to the contract on vehicles' preservation. The author examined this contract as one from the group of contracts on providing services. Besides, special attention is paid to the grounds of the researched contract origin and the sphere of its implementation; attention is also paid to determinative features and criteria of such a contract dissociation from the similar contract models. The author determined the notion contract on vehicles' preservation and analyzed its legal characteristic. Attention is paid to some peculiarities of contract execution, its subjective stock and the form of researched contract.
