Dissertation is sacred to complex research of constitutional right for citizens to participate in allukrainian and local referendums and to his providing in Ukraine. Scientific and normative sources are considered in relation to an origin and development of the adopted right and his providing. The comparative analysis of fixing of the adopted right is carried out in international documents and constitutions of foreign countries and in Ukraine. Determination, signs, maintenance and types of constitutional right for the citizens of Ukraine to participate in allukrainian and local referendums, is offered. Practical recommendations are worked out in relation to the improvement of legislation.
