Essay

The thesis contains the results of the theoretical and experimental research of anxiety as a factor of novice psychologists' desadaptation. The data concerning the approaches of investigating anxiety in the foreign and Ukrainian psychological studies are structured. The place of anxiety in the professional coming-to-be of a personality in general and a psychologist in particular is defined. The author also researches the role of anxiety in desadaptation emergence. The peculiarities of different types of anxiety, the reasons of professional anxiety in the novice psychologists' groups with different education content and depending on the involving in professional activity are investigated in the empirical part. It is cleared up that the ground of professional anxiety emergence is a novice specialist's inclination to situational and professional anxiety. The existence of statistically important correlation ties between personal professional anxiety and all structural components of desadaptation are determined. It is experimentally proved that personal anxiety is a factor of desadaptation in solving professionally-psychological tasks and professional anxiety promotes the emergence of separate displays from different desadaptation substructures.
