Pletnova O. Administrative and law foundations of formation of antimonopoly bodies' system and legal status formation in Ukraine

In this thesis the system of state bodies executing the management in the field of economic competition is investigated, as well as the place of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and its territorial branches in this system. Definition of "antimonopoly body of Ukraine" and "system of antimonopoly bodies of Ukraine" is developed. Conditions and history of competition law in Ukraine are investigated. In this dissertation a complex research on special legal status of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine is carried out. It is justified that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine should be defined as a special executive body. Proposals concerning improving of legislative support of the antimonopoly bodies of Ukraine are developed. The main trends of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine legal status evolution stipulated by the integration of Ukraine into the European Community are defined. Proposals concerning reformation of system of antimonopoly bodies of Ukraine are developed.
