The dissertation is devoted a substantiation of theoretic-methodical positions and working out of priority ecoeconomical mechanisms of territorial recreational complex management in the conditions of globalization processes. The basic ecoeconomic management mechanisms of territorial recreational complexes development taking into account a special role of questions of environment protection in economic development of recreational complexes are defined.
