Dissertation work is devoted to theoretic-empiric research of psychological readiness of personnel to the action in an extreme situation. A general amount of probed is 294 persons. Work contained by a theoretical ground, methodical principles and results of empiric research, on this issue. In research applied Psychotekhniks of forming of psychological readiness of personality is applied in research, the factors of overcoming of stress situations, negative influence of stress, are selected on the personnel of border control, it is conducted high-quality quantitative analysis of actual level of development of psychological readiness.
