Gelbak A. Development of Communicative Skills of Teenagers by Means of Facilitation.

The dissertation deals with the study of the ways of forming and development of teenagers' communicative skills under the conditions of the psychological facilitation. The author presents basic conceptual approaches, interpretations and intercommunications of the problem, reveals the structural organization and the specific ways of communicative skills development, the technology of their forming within the traditional and facilitative educational models. The author presents the ways of using facilitation in the development of teenagers' communication skills. According to the results of the given research the psychological Program of the development of teenagers' communicative skills under the conditions of facilitation was built, approved and implemented by the author. The program was tested by scholars and school teachers. The implementation of the program had positive results.
