Thesis deals with the formation of students' cognitive self-important technological means of General College courses. Analysis of psychological, educational and research of the current state of General methods of teaching courses in higher education, the pedagogical factors and conditions of the cognitive autonomy of students, based on expert evaluation method of influence factors scientifically proven principles of organizational-pedagogical conditions and foundation techniques developed form of cognitive self-important technological college students. Specified set of criteria and developed levels of development of teaching and learning of students. The effectiveness of the proposed methodology is proved.
